Our client has an international reach and they have implemented many successful campaigns, ensuring protection for animals in need. Based in central Sydney, this is a part time temporary contract working for 3 months, alongside the fundraising team.

The Role
  
This role is responsible for providing friendly and informed interaction with supporters and the general public. This is via email, phone, mail and online. Specific responsibilities include:
  
  • Updating and maintaining information in the fundraising database (Raisers Edge)
  • Process and manage a high volume of financial transactions accurately and effectively
  • Being the first point of contact on reception, with responsibility for various inboxes
  • Update marketing lists for specific campaigns, including eDM and social media channels
  • Assist with the volunteer schedule, organising meaningful tasks and encouraging team engagement

Skills Required
  
You are an experienced administrator, with a general understanding of various fundraising streams. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Prior knowledge of marketing and / or working with not for profit organisations is preferred and you must be able to start immediately and commit to a part time 3 month contract.
