The Organisation

The Role
Reporting to an experienced risk manager and being an integral part of the finance and corporate services team, this role will provide assistance on procurement and supplier projects.
Specifically you will;
  • Review existing contracts with suppliers
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the contract register
  • Manage tenders and the RFQ process with potential suppliers
  • Coordinate the activities to comply with legislation and regulatory obligations
  • Implement new processes and controls for future purchasing and contracts management

Skills Required
Ideally you have a procurement or contract administration background, along with an understanding of finance, audit or risk and bring the skills and ability to quickly understand business processes. You also have;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Knowledge of best practice procurement, contract management and SLA’s
  • Experience in providing services to internal and external clients
  • Developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
