Damian Penston, Senior Consultant Asia Pacific, Sydney    

Damian has a decade of experience in recruitment for the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, he worked for a major international development agency, and was previously the managing partner of a Japanese recruitment firm. He is the chairman of an economic inclusion not-for-profit and an advisory board member of a child welfare not-for-profit and a cloud computing social enterprise. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Damian was a software and telecoms engineer, and managing director of a software development firm with offices in Europe and Asia. Charisse provides administrative supporting to the consultants; processing candidate applicants, taking phone calls, posting job advertisements and sending out career opportunity e-mails. She assists the Office Manager in maintaining the database and all other general office administration tasks.
