Damian Penston, Senior Consultant Asia Pacific, Sydney    

Damian has a decade of experience in recruitment for the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, he worked for a major international development agency, and was previously the managing partner of a Japanese recruitment firm. He is the chairman of an economic inclusion not-for-profit and an advisory board member of a child welfare not-for-profit and a cloud computing social enterprise. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Damian was a software and telecoms engineer, and managing director of a software development firm with offices in Europe and Asia. Emma has over 9 years recruitment experience. After completing a Bachelors Degree in Law in 2006 Emma moved into recruitment and has specialised in Education, Welfare to Work and more recently the NGO sector where she has built an excellent reputation for her work fundraising, marketing and communications.
