Our client is an internationally recognised medical research institute that performs cutting-edge research from a state of the art facility in Sydney. Their vital work is funded by research grants and loyal donors.
This is a critical role for the organisation. It is responsible for meeting all visitors to the facility and is the first point of contact through telephone and email enquiries.
The responsibilities include:
- Receptionist duties
- Organising meetings and room hire
- Manages deliveries and couriers
- Oversee building maintenance issues
The ideal candidate will have experience in Reception and Office Administration for a busy office including:
- A bright outgoing personality
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel
- Booking meeting rooms
- Attention to detail
