Our clients provide services to people with intellectual disability and/or mental health conditions and to refugees and immigrants. The organisations provide services in many NSW locations.
Staff provide Person Centred Active Support and utilise strengths and needs to enable individuals to reach their full potential, achieve their goals and participate in the community.

Case Managers have overall responsibility for each client’s journey and management of complex cases. Case Managers conduct comprehensive assessment of client strengths and needs, utilising a Strengths and Needs assessment framework and Case Management Framework.
The roles also provides support to clients with complex and/or escalating mental health issues, family violence, employment and education pathways and child protection issues and is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing case plans for clients in the context of a settlement process or mental health/NDIS plan.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated case work and case management experience, especially in a cross cultural setting. You will have the ability to manage complex and sensitive issues with absolute discretion in a highly complex environment. you have proven abilities managing escalated situations, including supporting vulnerable people in crisis.
Effective communication with a broad range of people and your well-developed understanding of refugee and resettlement experience and or disability services will be demonstrated in your application.
This position requires a Social Work or Psychology Degree to work with complex clients. A Working with Children Check or ability to hold one is mandatory for this role.
